Dating back to the 15th century and attached to a grange of the Spedale di Santa Maria della Scala, it preserves the original apse of the original structure and is surmounted by a bell tower with a single-light window. To the church belonged a panel by Giacomo Pacchiarotti, depicting the Madonna and Child, which was recovered from a recent restoration, and exhibited at the Museum of Sacred Art of Val d'Arbia in Buonconvento. The devotion of the local populations for this image is attested by the holes that stormed the table where jewels were hung as a votive offering.
